Dr. Miles Young is currently the Director of Distance Education &amp; Dual Credit at Northeast Texas Community College. He holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and has published research in community college governance, organizational structure and relationships, and student engagement. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Texas A&amp;M University - Texarkana and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. He started his career at Lintas and Allen Brady &amp; Marsh, before joining Ogilvy and Mather in 1982 and becoming CEO in 2008.
