There he helped develop and oversee all aspects of Operations at Ovation Payroll from the time of start-up in 2001, through the acquisition by Heartland Payment Systems on Dec 31, 2012. Jackson was also instrumental in the design, deployment, and growth of Ovation’s proprietary Payroll Software Application. During that time, Ovation grew from zero to approximately 11,000 payroll clients.Jackson continued with Heartland Payment Systems from January of 2013 through April of 2016 as Executive Director of Payroll Operations, overseeing approximately 300 employees and servicing close to 30,000 clients.Jackson holds an Accounting degree from Kennesaw State University.Kendra Stanley is co-founder/co-owner of Tribute Payroll. Tribute Payroll is a service and technology orientated payroll company founded in May of 2016, located in the metro Atlanta area.Prior to the inception of Tribute Payroll, Kendra held the position of Senior Director of Payroll Strategy and Tax Operations at Heartland Payroll (formerly Ovation Payroll) where she directed multiple departments and filled an executive leadership role for 7 years.Kendra began her payroll career as a Service and Implementation Supervisor at Paychex in 2003.
