On today’s show I was joined by Journalist, Author &amp; Motivational Speaker Paul McNeive. At the age of 20 Paul was involved in a fire which ultimately led to the loss of his legs at age 21. Paul spent months in hospital undergoing skin graphs and rehabilitation to teach him how to walk on prosthetic legs. Rather than let it deter him, Paul took the tools that he learned in rehab to climb the career ladder to the top as  Managing Director of a successful estate agency. Later, Paul became the first double amputee helicopter pilot in the world and is an author of not one but two bestselling books. In this interview Paul explains how mind over matter, visualisation and the power of small steps can help you achieve anything you put your mind to.

Paul started his career as a trainee in the basement of the firm and not even the loss of his legs in a fire prevented him from rising to the top position to lead 250 staff.Paul is now a sought after Motivational Speaker and works on business development with several leading companies. His autobiographical book on business and motivation “Small Steps” is a bestseller. In “Small Steps” Paul passes on the lessons in positivity, motivation and goalsetting which he learned in rehabilitation hospital and which he has used to prove that “Everything is Possible”-for example becoming the first double amputee in the world to gain a helicopter pilots license.
