Albie was seen three times in Star Trek history, first in the TNG episode "The Cost of Living" as The Juggler, then returned two more times in Voyager, first in "Macrocosm" as the Tak Tak Consul and again as Tash in "The Voyager Conspiracy." We learn about his traumatic childhood that put him on the path of performing as a magician and actor, working as part of the musical &amp; dance act The Mums, what he learned from his first acting teacher John De Lancie AKA Q, a fun story about another Star Trek alumni in Jason Alexander, working on "Freddy's Nightmares," Doug Jones in "Batman Returns," "Columbo" with Peter Falk, "Murder, She Wrote" with Angela Lansbury, and John Lithgow in "Ricochet." ALBIE is an accomplished actor, recently seen in "How To Get Away With Murder," "Code Black" and "My Crazy-Ex Girlfriend," and recurring this summer in both Amazon series "The Last Tycoon" and "Goliath." He is also a life-time member of the Magic Castle, and creator/performer of "Smoke and Mirrors," the hit theatrical magic show that ran in L.A. and N.Y. for five years (Los Angeles Times "Critic's Choice"). In response to the enormous enthusiasm of Los Angeles audiences to that show, ALBIE drew on his many friends in the magic community to create "Magic Monday," a weekly variety show hosted by Albie and featuring new and different acts every Monday. He is now hosting "A Very Merry MagicMania," celebrating the season with a festival of 35 different magic and variety acts over the course of nine shows and two weekends at the Santa Monica Playhouse.Also dropping by the show Sunday night is CASEY BURKE from ABC's hit comedy, "The Middle." Born in New York to Australian parents, she has lived in New York, London, Sydney and now Los Angeles.
