Dennis Marshall was born in Yorkshire, England 90 years ago. About forty years later he went to a lecture at the City Center of the SFZC and was right away sold on Suzuki and the general communal feeling there. About thirty years ago he moved to Crestone, Colorado, and since then has been involved with Richard Baker and Dharma Sangha.

Dennis is Co-Owner and Head Coach at CrossFit Garden City. He has dedicated the past 14 years of his life to helping people improve their health, their performance and the quality of their lives through strength &amp; conditioning and better nutrition &amp; lifestyle habits. Since 2008, Dennis has had the pleasure of working with the CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Course Staff, traveling around the world sharing the CrossFit training methodology and philosophy with thousands. Dennis has also qualified to compete at the 2018 CrossFit Games in Madison this August.  In this episode, Dennis talks about the CrossFit methodology as it is intended, tackling some misinformation as we unravel some of the points of view we see attacking CrossFit on social media today.
