Lesley Lyons is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, an entrepreneur, and a professional singer. She maintained a lucrative cleaning business for 15 years while she traveled the country performing on stage as a backup singer. Lesley made several live television appearances and provided background vocals on several hit albums for country music artist, her sister, Sara Evans. Lesley is a graduate of The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is currently enrolled in the Advanced Gut Health Course to be completed in November 2020. She completed her Health Coaching Certification in November 2019. Following her certification, she started her own successful health coaching business aptly named "Lesley, the Health Coach." Her mission is to help people achieve better overall health by bringing awareness to their unique wellness needs through simple and sustainable long-term changes using a whole health mind/body/spirit approach. This mission was born out of her personal wellness journey. Lesley is the mother of five children and has been married for over 25 years. Over the past decade, her family has faced several health challenges. These include her son's rare genetic cartilage defect, her daughter's melanoma diagnosis, and the discovery that she, her husband, and their five children all had a genetic defect called MTHFR. Through all of this, Lesley was determined to gain all the knowledge she could to provide the best possible outcomes. She tirelessly researched and radically changed their diets. And although the element of nutrition was of importance, she didn't stop there. Lesley began to evaluate her life as a whole. This journey of self-discovery is ongoing still and will continue until the day she dies. Lesley now embraces life and her body--something she was at war with most of her life--and is content to let her inner voice be her guide. Her hope is to come alongside her clients and help them find the courage to silence their inner critics and ignore the so-called "experts." Her desire is that her clients find ultimate peace and freedom with food, their bodies, and live their lives to the fullest.
