One thing Sheridan Lintz does every day to make herself more valuable is water the plants. This stems from an awareness of professional situations she's in: Sheridan makes a point to look out for the little necessities that will set her apart and make her indispensable, like making the coffee, setting up chairs, taking out the trash. By taking ownership of the spaces she's in, Sheridan has grown impressively into her role as Placement Manager with Praxis.
