I bought them last week and tried them out today. I went up 50lbs on my deadlift today and never once had to think about my grip. Love them Charlie Steakley Guys, Love what you are doing. The advice is always spot-on. In the last couple of years with a focus on lifting heavy and hitting protein targets, I've gone from 161 to 185 pounds while maintaining same waste size. I'd love to cut unwanted fat but my body is stubborn when it comes to that. Any advice on where to start? As added info: I'm 36 years old, 5'7". I get in about 185-200 grams of protein per day...with total calories between 2000-2300 per day. Above 2300, I seem to put on fat but, at 2000, don't see to lose much either.... I would love to compete sometime in the future but have to get the diet figured out..... Thanks guys.
