We want to bring to light all of the great things taking place in Joliet. There's so many genuine people making an effort to give their neighbors something valuable. We want to tell you all about it. In episode 37 we were able to interview the owner of one of the newest Joliet businesses, Andrew Polykandriotis of Elder Brewing Company. He and his wife Mellisa have been absolutely killing it since they opened in November of 2017. They've expanded from a small tap room to now having a music room. It's been exciting to see all that they've accomplished while making a concious effort to be community oriented.
