Whitney Kobrin on Self-Love & Self-Compassion

Whitney’s origin story is directly related to the work she does today. Growing up in a single parent household, Whitney missed that love from her father which would ultimately become her life’s purpose – helping women find love with men. In this episode we explore the struggles Whitney went through in her younger years with low self-worth, anxious attachment, and a series of unhealthy, unfulfilling relationships. It was these experiences, and a lot of research and study, that taught her the lessons needed to become an expert in love and move into a career that was truly aligned with who she was as a person.
