She is a creator of 5 award winning fitness DVDs and was recently published in the book "Why didn't any tell me this Shit Before? Wit and wisdom from women in business". She is now working on developing her coaching practice to inspire women to find their passion, live their purpose and achieve their biggest dreams. She resides in Southern California with her husband and two young sons.
