That's due in large part to the fact that she is also a competitive Olympic Weightlifter and CrossFitter.  In this episode, we sat down with Christine to talk about the current state of healthcare, what she sees as challenges we can address in our gyms, and what she's doing to encourage her colleagues to adopt some healthier habits.  We also addressed the big elephant (gorilla?) in the room- Christine is a woman in a predominantly male-centered profession.
