Meghan began her journey with art being guided by her late Grandmother who helped Meghan to observe how things were connected in life.  This has inspired Meghan with her own art, appreciating other's art, as well as a message she conveys to her students.    Meghan and Dave talk about a wide range of topics that include inspiration, creatively being guided by their Grandparents, and the challenges of teaching appreciation and respect for others in our current Cancel Culture, Social Media, Cell phone obsessed society. This week I talk with Meghan McGrath about working with people in chronic pain or with chronic conditions. As a person with experience with both issues and from both sides of the table (as a client and practitioner) she has a well rounded perspective on the topic. We also dive into how to stay neutral as a therapist. We talk about why it is important aspect of the therapeutic process, and where many practitioners make mistakes in that arena.
