Today’s guest is Adam Kudumati also known by his gamer tag “iamadamthe1st”. Adam is a young man from my home state NJ, shout outs to Jersey, who was able to “speak into existence” his dream of being drafted by the New York Knicks in the NBA’s Official 2k league. We talk about how he got started with creating content on his YouTube channel at the age of 10, how he was able to build a serious fan base and really utilize the social platforms of YouTube and Twitter, while going to high school and college, and how he ended up being in Madison Square Garden in the NBA’s first official 2k league draft. Adams story ended up having me sweating in my seat, his story is flat out incredible. His hard work, love for the creative process, and straight up finesse and swag is on its own level. Adam Kudeimati is a true dreamer and achiever in all he does. Some of his roles in life consist of being a professional esports player, videographer, YouTuber, creative, and having a deep passion for fashion and culture. Some of his accolades include building a large YouTube following and community through his channel (Kidd Kuda), playing with Knicks gaming in the newly established NBA2k esports league, and winning a championship with the team while earning MVP as well.  But besides his achievements and pinnacle success, Adam has put in an immense amount of effort and time to get to where he is today.  When he was young, Adam put hours and hours into his skillset.
