When it comes to pretty much any requested document these days, IRCC is ruthless. If you don't have it and can't provide it, by the time they want it, you can count on your application getting rejected.  Ms. Shirish Chotalia has more than 30 years  experience in the field of immigration law. She has successfully opposed the decisions of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration in the Federal Court and litigated complex cases since 1987.
