Shaun Barnes is a friend who we’ve had on the podcast a few times before. I had a great conversation with ultrarunner Shaun Barnes and his Coach Nicole Gainacopulos. Shaun was a high school and college runner who left the running world for 25 years and jumped back in with both feet. He fell in love with running all over again and his accomplished some pretty amazing feats! We talk about last year's triple crown of 200s and his 2020 goal of the California Untamed 330 race!
