Janey is back from her dental operation and the silver lining was getting to meet Susan from Hola Sober, of course they were too busy chatting to record another podcast, but as its so relevant right now, here is another chance to hear our chat from a few months back about ditching the FOMO, don't let the summer sunshine (when it appears) to trigger you.
