In this episode of the Paris Paysanne Podcast we talk with Eva Anastasiu about building community and the Transition Movement. After years living in Paris, where she worked in the film industry, became a certified chef, and interned at the restaurants Frenchieand Noglu, Eva moved to Faverolles-sur-Cher in the Loir-et-Cher region in France. Since moving to the countryside, Eva has renovated a house, had a beautiful baby boy (with another one on the way any day now!) and began giving cooking lessons and catering for groups. Eva often shares her love of vegetables and plant based cooking through her classes at La Grange aux Savoir Faire. In addition to being passionate about cooking, Eva is engaged in community building and ecological activism.
