Pam Leal:  500hr RYT    After the tragic suicide of her teenage daughter, Bailey, 3yrs ago, Pam immersed herself in yoga to help bring a grounding stillness into her world that she so desperately needed. The healing power of yoga touched Pam’s life from every angle. The depth and spectrum of knowledge gave Pam a new purpose. Her discipline and passion led her to complete her 500 hr teacher training program Sept 2014. Teaching Vinyasa, “Yoga on the Wall” and “Enhanced Yoga Stretching” classes that are unique &amp; fun, her love and empowering spirit is felt by her all students. This, now has given her the courage to develop a “Suicide Prevention Outreach” Program to help other teens and their families.
