Men Vilgot Sjöman kom från litteraturen, och en slut- och höjdpunkt i hans konstnärskap blev en svit självbiografiska böcker som aldrig har fått det erkännande som de borde ha fått.Anders Åberg, som är universitetslektor vid Linnéuniversitetet och skrev sin doktorsavhandling om några av Vilgot Sjömans filmer från 1960-talet, samtalar med Peter Luthersson.
