His first book, Proxy Warriors: The Rise and Fall of State Sponsored Militias was published by Stanford in 2011 and his next, Break all the Borders: Separatism and the Remaking of the Middle East, is due to be published by Oxford University Press in 2019. The G-20 Summit wrapped up Friday, and last week's referendum and subsequent backpedaling by Greece shifted the focus of the meeting even more toward the European Debt Crisis.
