When we receive feedback we can easily focus on the delivery of the message instead of the message itself which hinders our capacity to grow.  We get so wrapped up in the tonality, language and sometimes the messenger itself that we don't stop and process if there is any truth and validity to what is being said.  My guest today shares why it’s so important to be introspective, why we need to stop, think and assess the feedback we receive because that could the key to our success. She uses her expertise in organizational development and HR to design procedures that assist with repairing company cultures.  Skilled in helping SME businesses to build learning and development initiatives, people policies, and processes that focus on inclusion and diversity. A true advocate for employee happiness, Dannique uses her passion to speak at events and on podcasts to discuss topics about the workplace including; inclusion, mental wellness, and the evolution of HR, OD, and people management practices.
