She joins us to speak about her journey finding her gift, the ability to serve. Raised in Brooklyn with Jamaican descent, Kim speaks on her experiences growing up. She also talks about the importance of working collaboratively and understanding where you can be of value in an organization or company. Instead of looking at your hardships, look at how you pushed through, making yourself more compelled to keep going.
