A former Division 1 runner who turned out to be a Cat 2 cyclist joins me today to tell us about his journey of shifting his sports and how he evolves as a competitive athlete. He's also a running coach and has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Jimmy Picard.Some may change their athletic career to experience different levels of challenges as they go on.
