Sarah believes that movement provides individuals with possibilities, be it independence, interacting with family, gardening and social activities, work, interests, exercise or amateur and elite sport. Increasing and maintaining physical activity is a key factor for a healthy life. She has recently finished her PhD: The Health of Movement - Recognising Movement Choices in Individuals for Long-Term Health.
