That starts with knowing who you are first of all and being confident in yourself, regardless if you feel you are overweight or too thin. Who you are is not defined by your body size, it’s defined by your belief in yourself - and THAT resides within. Kimberly Harden is going to help you understand how to integrate that level of confidence with your shopping and wardrobe choices, and how to put them together to express your ideal self. What you wear on the outside should reflect what’s happening on the inside. What should you do if you want to turn a corner and make some significant changes in your outer appearance so you can show up in the world with confidence?
