Her father was a semi-pro softball player and her mother cooked healthy and taught her the importance of a healthy diet. She started an Instagram account with no other purpose than to help others understand the importance of a healthy diet and to help them find an easy way to achieve it. And it’s working, she has a vibrant community of 30k+ followers.
