While the lockdowns have stopped us from getting out and about to chat with brewers, it has made it possible for us to catch up with some of the people we have had on our list for some time. This week we speak with General Manager of Fermentis, Stephane Meulemans. Interestingly, the head of this yeast company has spent 15 years working in the hops industry, as well as opening a Belgian craft brewery. In this chat, we find out where yeast is headed as a feature flavour.
