She created the Buffalo Meltdown Weight loss program, won her Body Building Pro card with the Natural Muscle Association, has held state records for power lifting, was a key note speaker for The Buffalo Boss Babes, and one of the winners of the Ignite Buffalo Grant BUT that is not what shes most proud of. She is all about being REAL. It can be scary being yourself, but she did it, and she isnt afraid to be honest about her ups &amp; downs. She has built her business with authentic integrity but mainly compassion for herself on others.
