I also help put together your best teams, starting at the executive level and beyond. As the first triple-qualified Gallup Coach, the first Gallup Builder Profile 10 (BP10) Coach in the 4-State Area, and one of only 300 BP10 Coaches worldwide, I help leadership teams excel. Qualified as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Champion and Gallup BP10 Coach, I use insights from Gallup’s suite of powerful tools and my own business experience as a C-Suite and middle management executive to help leaders create successful companies with engaged employees. I initially discovered my passion for teaching, coaching and consulting through Gallup’s CliftonStrengths and other assessments in the midst of an industry-event layoff. I’d been in the architectural and engineering industry as a Contracts Administrator, responsible for creating, negotiating and administering contracts for projects from $5,000 to $1.6B for over 30 years and was the COO of an international toy company. What was I really wired to do? During my discovery process, I found that my passion lay in creating super-powered teams by teaching them to use the unique, innate abilities within each member and harnessing these abilities toward greater success, but also in getting the dysfunction out of these teams.  Now with Gallup’s BP10 assessment and Lencioni’s Overcoming The Five Dysfunctions of a Team in my toolkit, my current coaching focus is helping leadership teams work together more effectively to power their companies toward success and create strong cultures with employee engagement. So many employees suffer under leaders who are also miserable because they are in the wrong leadership seats. When leadership teams are well-aligned within their strengths, the organization thrives, the culture is positive and employees are engaged. Strengths-based organizations have been proven to build high-performing cultures, excelling beyond normal business outcomes.I was also selected to establish the Twin Cities Chapter of the COO Forum.
