That’s exactly what happened when today’s guest Monique Wilsondebriano and her husband Chevalo threw a BBQ at their home in Charleston, South Carolina. What they thought was just a secret recipe formed out of their love of food and experimentation, has grown into the nationally acclaimed Charleston Gourmet Burger Company.
