Hi friends, welcome back to the what Nik knows podcast I’m your host dr. Nikki sammet! And happy new year!! Our first ep in 2021 is all about how to train for birth and prepare for postpartum.   This is a super important episode because I believe that the more you’re prepared  physically, emotionally and mentally into motherhood the better off you will be.
