Wayno shares his amazing journey from living in the shelter system as a child to avoiding the street life as a high schooler to going to the theater to see the Roc-a-fella Records documentary Backstage, which opened his eyes to the music industry. Wayno details dropping out of high school and finding work in the mail room at 825 Worldwide Plaza, home to the legendary Def Jam Records, working his way into recording sessions at Baseline Studios, watching Beanie Sigel, Kanye West, Just Blaze, Shari Bryant, Hip-Hop, Lenny S, Dame Dash, Jay Z and everyone else at the Roc contribute to the dynasty.
