Charles Bartlett is the leader of The Charles Bartlett Jazz Ensemble and co-founder of the very popular Bartlett Contemporaries (Remix) Band. He is a seasoned trumpeter and music educator in his area. And as a veteran musician in the New York area, his accomplishments span over 30 years of successful live venue performances. He also holds a Masters Degree in Applied Music from NYU. He was an acclaimed Professor of Jazz Studies at York.

Leader of The Charles Bartlett Jazz Ensemble, Charles is a seasoned trumpeter, who has performed at events hosted by notables such as Oprah Winfrey, Spike Lee and Essence Communications.He has performed with such jazz giants as,Stanley Turrentine and Dizzy Gillespie.Lil Phillips has performed from NY to Istanbul, at Birdland and for JVC Jazz Festival. Known for her jazz style, Lil paid Tribute to Dinah Washington in 2008. Lil is a song stylist in her own right.
