Cynthia Hellen is the definition of a boss. She’s a serial social entrepreneur. She’s inspirational, ambitious, and stunning. She’s easy to love. On her way to building a future, her fiancé, Ryan, found out he had advanced liver disease. Ryan fought for over 18 months to overcome his diagnosis but it wasn’t enough. At the young age of 30, he passed away.
