Eric Acha is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and is the owner and founder of Peninsula Self Defense in Redwood City, CA. He is also a former police officer with over 20 years experience protecting and serving the people of the Bay Area.  Eric has an amazing story which I am extremely honored and humbled to be able to help to tell to the world. If you have the opportunity to spend any time with him at his academy -- do it. Like his mentor Jean Jacques, Eric is a very thoughtful and knowledgable instructor that I am very glad to call a friend. His journey is interesting and his story is extremely heart felt.
