Teresa Montoya's talk presented at the Belkin's symposium Practices of Resistance (February 28, 2019) introduces her work "Yellow Water" (2016) that critically engages with photography to trace millions of gallons of acidic mine waste discharged into the San Juan River that flows across the Navajo Nation.
