#Obese #ironman #konaIronman #IronmanWorld#championship  Brett Issac's journey from Water Polo player at school level to Overweight young man to World Championship at #Kona #ironman  here is more about him...  Brett is firstly a dad to 2 very busy girls, 2 rescue greyhound dogs and 6 chickens. Husband for 16 years. An energetic IT Leader for Mars Inc in Australia, passionate about delivering value. A part time athlete who loves to just have fun, be around friends and drink a bit of beer and not take it all seriously! Okay, maybe a lot of beer!  I started my running / triathlon because I needed to lose weight. I was 105kg in 2008, and very unfit. So – I started running, and within 1 year I was doing my first 70.3…….and from there……..you can see the rest J. My view is, I am just a normal guy…..nothing special (outside being able to drink a lot of beer)….if I can…..anyone can   State Level Swimmer (Zimbabwe) National Level Waterpolo player (Zimbabwe) Half Marathons (too many, 2 of them as a mascot!) Marathons I think maybe 10-12 half ironman finisher 9 time Ironman finisher Ultra-marathon (50km) Qualified and competed at World Championships Olympic Distance (plus podium places) (**so represented both Zimbabwe &amp; Australia in sporting competitions) Qualified (x3) and competed at Half Ironman World Championships Qualified and competed at Ironman (Hawaii - Kona) World Championships Age group winner of Half Ironman races (+podium places) Age group winner of Ironman races Winner of Jarvis Long Course Weekend (4km/90km/42km) (2019) Regional Over 35 Age Group Champion swimming 2018/2019/2020 (plus 8 regional records)   -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  If you are here, then most likely you wish to live a life beyond your limits and aspire to be out of your comfort zone.  On this channel, we invite people who are passionate about life. When Mark Ruffalo brought his celebrity status to Standing Rock, he also brought Solar Panels for the camp and Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. But he didn't make those solar panels. SO WHO DID? Well, a couple Diné men from Arizona created them and made the 1400 mile trip to deliver them. They were also the first solar panels on site initially.
