Successful result is equivalent to “high performance”. High performance usually means lower mass.There’s a new movie about vegan diet that throws in a bunch of claims by the way:● “Roman gladiators didn’t eat meat” - that’s an anecdote from archaeologist, Andrew Curry, in Archaelogoly Magazine 2008: Karl Grossschmidt of Medical University of Vienna, Vienna (MedUni Vienna). Gladiators, it seems, were fat. Consuming a lot of simple carbohydrates, such as barley, and legumes, like beans, was designed for survival in the arena. Packing in the carbs also packed on the pounds. "Gladiators needed subcutaneous fat," Grossschmidt explains. "A fat cushion protects you from cut wounds and shields nerves and blood vessels in a fight." Not only would a lean gladiator have been dead meat, he would have made for a bad show. And it’s cool :-) But, low protein digestibility according to FAO/OMS (42) standards. 79.80%Raw seed only 34% It looks like grinding would help protein digestion of raw seed. This treatment improve digestibility that could happen due to the fact that grinding divide and expose all seed component allowing enzymes actions.
