001 - Wade Radke 

Gina &amp; Wade Radke / Galley Support InnovationsGina and Wade Radke are the definition of the team power couple. Together they have turned a failing business into an international aerospace powerhouse. In 2005 The Radke’s purchased the product line of a struggling aerospace interior hardware business and moved it from California to Arkansas. With very little manufacturing knowledge and first-year sales being around $10,000 Gina and Wade are quoted as saying they learned how to run their business via the G&amp;G method: Google and God.Originally, Gina was the marketing and sales person and Wade was running the production side, but by 2007 as the nation’s economy began to tumble, Wade took a job as a contractor at Hawker Beechcraft. Gina took over running the daily operations of Galley Support Innovations, which produces latches, door-bolting systems, hinges and other items of interior hardware for aircraft and yachts. Wade continued to design new products on nights and weekends. In 2011 Wade returned to GSI full time as the COO and Gina took on the role of CEO so they could keep growing the now flourishing business.The Radke’s are steadfast in their belief that GSI should be more than just another family owned business out to make a buck. So GSI has woven a 2nd Chance Ministry into its operation, which provides an outreach to those in the community who are in immediate need of practical and/or spiritual assistance, the ministry was founded on the guiding principle that no one is perfect and that everyone deserves a second chance.Their business savvy is only matched by their desire to give back to the community. The Radkes are involved in numerous non-profit organizations such as Immerse Arkansas, Museum of Discovery, and Children International just to name a few.
