I am very excited to welcome Felicia Sanders to the show and talk mental &amp; emotional clutter.  Felicia wrote two children's books, one is called The Sunflower where she asks: Have you ever wondered what would a sunflower do when the sun is hiding? The other one is called Gustave's Adventures and Gustave is a seal. Both stories are for children and adults alike, on how when we listen to our intuition and not the people around us, if we dare to follow our dreams how we can break through and declutter limiting beliefs. They are also books to talk about feelings instead of burying them - which creates emotional clutter - and about having real conversations. We talk abouthow we forget sometimes to ask our kids how they're doing. Not just asking "oh, how was you day and then move on to the next topic" but truly ask them how they are doing. Sometimes life is about learning to turn away from what we are supposed to do and let life surprise ushow we don't want to crush that little voice that says "I'm possible, my dreams matter, I matter."that emotions are actually a gift, they are our inner GPS. When we're in alignment with our higher purpose, we feel happy.Felicia says, her book "Gustave's adventures" is actually a semi-biography of her life. Gustave dreamed of leaving Alaska for Hawaii because a Puffin came back from Hawaii and told Gustave about it and a seed was planted. Well Felicia did go from Alaska to Hawaii, but she left her home when she was 14 because she had a dream. 53. Live Your Best Life Using The Power Of Intuition With Felicia Sanders

In Felicia's words:  My expertise is in helping people to live. What do you mean by that? A lot of of people walking around this earth dead. They forgot what it means to live and to be connected to something greater than them. We’ve been conditioned for so long to think a certain way, to do certain things in life to be considered successful. Very few of us take a moment to pause and ask ourselves, what the hell am I doing? Is what I’m doing supporting my life purpose and is it making me happy? Everything begins with our mind. Somewhere along our life path, we forgot who we truly are. In school, we were told continuously what’s acceptable, what’s our limitation, what’s possible and what we should do. This will lead to unhappiness and the feeling of un-fulfillment. We quiet our inner voice/intuition and conditioned to look at ‘facts’ of life. I want to help people have an epiphany through a simple storybook to bring this deeper message of life to them before bedtime. I want them to use this as a tool to facilitate much needed conversations with their loved ones and friends. Alcoholism or any type of addiction often times stems from unhappiness. Therefore, we’re trying to numb our emotions to escape from our reality. I want to help them take that first baby step to create an easy organic way to start dealing with their demons. To see the light in the darkness and met them where they are. We can’t help people by telling them what to do. We need to start to listen and take the time to understand ourselves, what makes us tick and embrace both our shadows and lights. Felicia's top 3 tips 1. 90 Felicia Sanders - The rarest thing in the world is to live, most people just exist. Let's change that!

In today's Success September Interview I chat with Felicia Sanders who was  born in Indonesia and taught early on that to have success, she must follow a certain pre-designed path in life. Failures and taking risks were something to be avoided like a plague. She decided to allow herself to dream and pursue her own path. Felicia has been to 35+ countries and loves the unknown and traveling to new places. She has won many art competitions and worked in a fortune 100 company for 12 + years in Talent Management. Felicia finally pulled the trigger to do travel full time in 2018 and started following her breadcrumbs ever since. She published my first picture book The Sunflower, and for every Sunflower book that is purchased, a seed is planted to symbolize hope and courage. Felicia partners with a local farm to make this happen. Soon she will be launching her second book Gustave’s adventures vol 1: Just A Seal, and she is working with World Wide Life foundation to fund raise and donate a portion of the proceeds of the book to help save marine animals.
