David Von Spreckelsen is Group President at Toll Brothers, Inc. David started the Toll Brothers City Living office in New York City in 2004. He is currently overseeing eight Toll Brothers City Living projects in various stages of development in Manhattan and Brooklyn. In addition to projects that have already been completed, this totals to more than 2,000 condominium units and $1.5 billion in total development cost since 2004.

A New Yorker by choice, David Von Spreckelsen joined NY's Economic Development Corporation, later, the Toll Brothers operation, leading to Toll Brothers City Living, the company's urban development division.  A baseball/soccer player, he loves basketball.
