I am a self-care and embodiment coach for women. I help women connect to their bodies in a way that feels safe and authentic. and I help them create space to prioritize their self-care. I use a variety of movement and coaching practices but love how yoga has allowed me to deepen my mind/body connection and try to provide a safe space for other women to do the same. 477. Lisa Thruston - The Practice of Yoga and Dating in Today's Society

Two years ago, in the midst of one of my Message Clarity Challenges, Lisa Thruston realized that maybe there was more than one way to show up as a Messenger.  …another way besides the outspoken, extroverted ideal held in our online business culture.
