Photographer, traveler and printer Stig Stasig let us into his studio for a solid talk. We cover a lot of ground and hear about how left-wing politics led him from painting to photography, opened doors for him in communist Russia, and about how digital photography led him to start as a photo gravure printer. We also talked about how image making processes inform types of work, and about the need for tactility when making personal work.
