In this episode I sat down with the wonderful Liz Costigan Fleury. Liz is a Yoga teacher based in Dublin.  Among many other offerings, she hosts retreats, teaches studio classes, and is a public speaker. A lot has changed for Liz since we spoke last year, the biggest change being that she's now a mother... to twins! But it wasn't an easy journey. #63: Liz Costigan Fleury - Motherhood, life in ICU and redefining her yoga practice.

Liz is one of my favourite people in this little city of Dublin. I first met her (in real life, not on Instagram!) about a year ago and we've had many a fun brunch since.  The pint-sized powerhouse behind Positive Fitness Project understands that a healthy balance for every individual is different – eating your greens and having a glass of wine can work! Her enthusiasm and positivity towards a healthy body and mind has led to founding the Urban Wellness Retreat as well as the Run Club at the Marker hotel – both of which have attracted loyal followings.
