Samm Grace is still relatively young, in her early 30s, but she’s been through a traumatic, life-changing experience. When she was 25, she discovered that her kidneys were failing – when she was pregnant with her son. Samm persevered - even after being told to terminate her pregnancy - and came out the other side with improved numbers but still in danger of kidney failure.
