McNeil reflects on a number of high-profile opportunities she took on (NCAA, NACWAA, FCS) with the ancillary benefit of raising the profile of the university. However, she knew when it was time to pull back &amp; spend more time back on campus. In closing, McNeil compares and contrasts FCS leadership with those from the 'Power 5.'
