Car la diversité, c’est la manière de concevoir le monde de Martine Liautaud. La Women Initiative Foundation est présente en Europe, en Amérique du Nord et en Asie et met en oeuvre 3 types de programmes:  du réseautage de qualité à travers l’organisation d’événements dans toutes les villes où elle est présente du mentorat grâce à des programmes pour des femmes entrepreneures et des programmes inter-entreprises voire inter-continents pour des femmes à haut potentiel  et enfin des programmes académiques pour des femmes entrepreneures ou des leaders, eux aussi inter-entreprises et inter-continents, menés avec des institutions prestigieuses comme Stanford, McGill, SupElec, l’ESCP ou encore l’Université de Singapour.
