In episode number 18 we are chatting with Ger Jackson who is best known for his success in the solo 24 hour racing scene. Ger was kind enough to come on the show to chat about what it takes to race solo for 24 hours and his relationship with Team Giant Dublin. Solo 24 hour racing is not for everyone (me included) but Ger can't get enough. He tells us what it is like to compete in that environment, the highs and lows you will encounter, how to prepare, and the mental strength you will defiantly require.
