Today I bring you an interview with my friend Aimee Wilson from Hello Yes Coaching. I’ve known Aimee for about four years now, we both trained as Life Coaches together. Since then I’ve gone on to do some coaching with Aimee and her horses. Yes horses, you’ve heard me correctly Aimee blends her Life Coaching certification with her Equine Assisted Learning Certification EAL.For those who haven’t heard of EAL Aimee explains it better than me but it is the experience of interacting with horses to facilitate personal growth or learning.In today’s show we cover many topics including how Aimee’s coaching sessions help with boundaries, leadership and self doubt. Aimee took off to work at a Summer Camp in the United States. She then travelled to London and returned to the States for another summer. Upon returning home she found her partner, her passion and started a new life. Aimee is now an Intuition &amp; Embodiment Coach who encourages women to listen to their inner voice, unblock their fears, and pursue the things that are calling to them from deep within. Aimee Wilson’s life changed shortly after the birth of their 4th child, 3 years ago.  Aimee recalls the moment in the hospital when most people left the room and the rest got quiet.    The days after his diagnosis, were touch and go, but Aimee discovered that there was hope. A group of dedicated caregivers gave her support — practical therapies she could incorporate into her busy life. She enrolled her son into Babies Can’t Wait, a the Georgia Program that works with infants to three year olds with developmental delays.   https://dph.georgia.gov/Babies-Cant-Wait
